Thank you for shopping with Depthwear. Below are the details regarding shipping, delivery, and order processing.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Depthwear is not responsible for currency conversion fees or international import charges.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracked shipping where available.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.


Customs & International Orders

For international orders:

  • Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance

  • Additional import duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

Depthwear is not liable for items held or delayed by customs.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.

  • If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or reimbursement for lost packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Depthwear is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Courier delays outside our control

  • Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer

If your package is missing, we will assist you in contacting the courier but cannot guarantee compensation.


Product Sample Orders

  • Samples and test orders are shipped under the same timeframes listed above.

  • Minor variations in print placement or sizing may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
